2025 at a glance
1. Chemicals business: cultivating three water systems
In 2025, we continued to focus on the three core systems — pure water, cooling water and industrial wastewater:
- The TRISPE® RO scale inhibitor line added the SI001 formula for high-silica feeds, solving a long-standing pain point for plants in northwest China;
- The PT-BIO® biocide system was upgraded with oxidizing / non-oxidizing dual formulas, now NSF 60 certified;
- Molybdate-zinc composite inhibitor-dispersants delivered 15–22% chemical savings at 30+ steel and chemical plants in the Yangtze River Delta;
- Over 300 tons of wastewater flocculants shipped for the year, helping customers consistently meet COD and SS limits.
2. O&M services: 7×24 support
In 2025, our O&M team delivered:
- On-site and routine O&M for 100+ plant projects;
- 24/7 emergency response commitment; zero major water quality incidents for the year;
- 20+ new on-site customers in semiconductors, new-energy batteries and F&B;
- Smart Water Cloud platform upgraded to V3.0 — end-to-end monitoring of flow, quality, energy and chemical consumption.
3. Consumables replacement: OEM quality guaranteed
The consumables replacement business in 2025:
- Over 2,000 RO / NF / UF membrane elements replaced;
- Over 300 m³ of ion-exchange resin replaced;
- Over 100,000 units of precision and security filter cartridges;
- 100% OEM brands (DOW, Nitto, Koch, Rohm & Haas, LANXESS, etc.) with traceability certificates.
4. Qualifications and honors
- Successful recertification of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001;
- Awarded "Shanghai Specialized and Sophisticated" enterprise status;
- 15 water treatment patents cumulatively held; 3 new invention patents granted in 2025;
- Selected as a "Green Manufacturing Supply Chain Partner".
5. Outlook for 2026
In 2026, Aqua-Link will continue to invest in:
- R&D: launching low-phosphorus / phosphate-free cooling water formulations in response to environmental upgrades;
- Digitalization: Smart Water Cloud V4.0 — AI predictive maintenance and automated dosing;
- Globalization: expanding market presence in Southeast Asia and the Middle East;
- ESG: publishing our first sustainability report and quantifying "water-energy-carbon" co-reduction.
